1. Returns & Exchanges
Unopened Products: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened, sealed, and unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, or had their tamper-evident packaging compromised, unless the product is proven defective.
Return Shipping: Unless an item is defective or shipped in error, the customer is responsible for the return courier fees to our Pretoria hub.
2. Defective or Damaged
Items If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
